I know I have to stop
But a part of me hangs on.

A Single Tear

A single silent tea rolls down her face
But only she can hear it.
She trys to hard to regain her strength
But all of it is gone.
Deep breathes help
But can't restore the hole that's burned with in.
Finally, she asks herself
"Is this how I want to live?"

No. she answers herself.
She knows shes strong
She will move on.
She picks up her head.
Wipes her tears.
And begins to mend
the sadness that has swelled for years.
A sadness that started with a single tear.
